By accessing our website, submitting inquiry, requesting quotation or placing any order, you (“Buyer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all website usage, quotation, sample orders, bulk wholesale, OEM & ODM cooperation. Please read carefully before using our site.
1. Business Eligibility
This website is primarily for B2B commercial buyers. You warrant that you are authorized to represent your business entity to enter commercial contracts. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify product compliance, local registration requirements, traffic law, certification requirements such as EEC, DOT, CE for your destination country before purchase.
2. Product & Quotation
All pictures, specifications, parameters displayed on this website are for reference only. Minor differences may exist due to manufacturing batch‑updates, component upgrades.
- All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days unless written otherwise.
- Quotation does not constitute binding contract. A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) issued by us after your written confirmation forms the formal sales agreement.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, adjust specification and refuse order for risk, stock shortage or destination compliance reasons.
3. Payment & Order
Standard payment term: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Deposit and balance requirement will be specified on Proforma Invoice. Production starts after deposit is fully received.
All prices are in US Dollar. Exchange loss, bank intermediate charges shall be borne by buyer. We accept other payment methods only upon mutual written agreement. Untimely payment may result in production delay or order cancellation.
4. Shipment, Risk & Title
Trade terms follow Incoterms 2020 as agreed in PI (EXW / FOB preferred).
Risk of loss, damage of goods transfers to buyer once goods hand over to carrier. Ownership of goods remains with Wuxi Shawloong Energy Technology Co., Ltd until full payment is cleared. Import duty, customs clearance, local tax at destination shall be fully undertaken by buyer.
Estimated lead time is for reference only. We are not liable for delay caused by force majeure, port congestion, shipping line delay, customs inspection or other events out of our reasonable control.
5. OEM / ODM Service
For customized orders including logo printing, color modification, hardware configuration change: buyer shall provide confirmed technical document before production. Once production starts, modification or cancellation is not allowed without our written consent. Any extra cost caused by buyer‑side change will be charged to buyer.
6. Warranty
Warranty scope is defined in our official warranty document. Warranty does not cover normal wear‑and‑tear, accident, improper installation, user modification, wrong operation, improper storage or transportation damage after goods leave our factory. Buyer shall handle after‑sales communication with end‑users in resale market.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logo, text, image, design on this website belong to Wuxi Shawloong Energy Technology Co., Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute for commercial purpose without our written authorization. Buyer shall guarantee that drawings, logos provided for OEM do not infringe third‑party IP rights.
8. Website Usage Prohibition
You shall not use our website for hacking, malicious scan, spam sending, data scraping in bulk. We may restrict or block your access if you violate above rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
To maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption, consequential damages arising out of use or resale of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you under relevant order. Nothing shall exclude liability for personal injury caused by our product defect that cannot be excluded by law.

Our website may contain hyperlinks to external websites. We have no control over third‑party site content, we take no responsibility for their service and privacy policy.
11. Privacy
Your use of website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible via page_id=3 on this site.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure of performance caused by events beyond reasonable control: natural disaster, war, trade sanction, government regulation change, factory shutdown, port strike etc. Affected party shall notify the other side promptly once force majeure occurs.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed under the law of People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, dispute shall be submitted to the court located at Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
