General Questions
A: Spare parts & motorcycle accessories are available for online checkout and direct purchase. However, complete electric motorcycle units cannot be ordered online. Each country has different import regulations, certification requirements and customs clearance rules for full e‑motorcycles. All wholesale orders for complete vehicles need to go through inquiry, technical confirmation and quotation negotiation. We do not sell complete motorcycles to individual retail customers.
A: Spare parts & accessories: Small‑batch orders are acceptable, you may check cart for details. Complete e‑motorcycles: For standard stock models, MOQ is one 20GP container. OEM / ODM private label projects require higher MOQ. Send us an inquiry with your target market and quantity for exact information.
A: Main complete motorcycle models carry CE, EEC‑COC certifications for European markets. We also prepare relevant documentation for North‑American DOT requirements. Import rules vary country‑by‑country. Please specify your target country in your vehicle inquiry, we will share certification documents for your review.
Order & Quotation
A: Prices for complete vehicles are not published online. Please fill out our inquiry form, include target country, order quantity, model selection and custom requirements. Our sales team will send you a formal EXW quotation within 24‑48 working hours. For spare parts & accessories, prices are shown directly on product pages for online ordering.
A: Spare parts & accessories support online checkout. Complete motorcycles mainly adopt EXW trade term with T/T telegraphic transfer payment. Online card payment is not available for full vehicle orders.
A: Sample complete motorcycles can be discussed separately. Sample cost and freight will be calculated manually. Samples cannot be added to shopping cart, you need to contact our sales team to arrange. Spare‑part samples can be purchased directly via online checkout.
OEM & ODM Customization
A: Yes. We support private logo, custom color‑ways, wiring harness and partial hardware modification. Full‑vehicle ODM development is also available. Custom projects apply separate MOQ, please contact us to talk over your project.
A: Most complete motorcycle models support hardware upgrades including battery capacity, motor power and braking systems. All available upgrade options will be listed inside our formal vehicle quotation. For spare parts, you may select compatible items directly on product pages.
Production & Shipping
A: Spare parts & accessories: 3‑7 working days. Stock complete motorcycles: 7‑15 working days upon deposit receipt. OEM custom motorcycle orders: 30‑45 working days. Final timeline will be confirmed on Proforma Invoice.
A: Our default term for motorcycles is EXW, goods are ready for pickup at our factory. We can recommend trusted freight forwarders, or accept your nominated forwarder for factory pick‑up. For online‑ordered spare‑parts, we can arrange international parcel shipping.
After‑sales Support
A: We supply replacement spare‑parts for all sold motorcycle units. Technical manuals, wiring diagrams and troubleshooting guidance are provided remotely. On‑site local after‑sales service is only available in regions with our authorized local dealers. If there is no authorized dealer in your area, only remote online technical support will be provided. Accessories you bought online also come with our standard after‑sales support.
A: Certification and full technical datasheets for complete motorcycles are not available for public download on‑site. Submit a vehicle inquiry and our sales will email these files to you. Spec sheets for spare parts can be provided upon request.
